Haas VF-2 vertical machining center in good working condition, from a machine shop in Spain. Automatic tool changer, factory Haas control. Available for inspection by prior arrangement.
The Haas VF-2 is the most widely used vertical machining centre in Haas Automation's VF range. Its compact footprint — travels of roughly 762 × 406 × 508 mm in X, Y and Z — makes it a standard choice for short-run and prototype shops that need medium-sized parts without giving up floor space. It runs Haas's own control and an automatic tool changer, and its installed base is very large: in practice that means spare parts and technicians who know the machine are available in almost any market.
When buying one used, what decides the purchase is spindle condition, backlash in the ballscrews and real cutting hours — not powered-on hours or the year of manufacture.
